Product Application

Off road driving is an inherently dangerous activity. Some modifications will adversely affect the on road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by Overland Custom Design are sold for off road use only. Any other application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions, which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modification and use. Overland Custom Design also strongly recommends that all products be installed by trained professionals only.

Warranty

All OCD products carry a one year warranty against defects in material or workmanship. Failed components will be replaced at no charge for 12 months after the purchased date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us prior to returning products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside.

Returns

All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning any products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside. Any returns made without the necessary information to clearly identify the sender will be held for 15 days and then returned to stock.
