Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Duration:

• 2 Year Limited Warranty (Unlimited Miles)

Coverage Includes:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Product failures such as leaking boots or broken joints under normal use

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Crash or collision damage

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Improper installation

• Racing or competition use

• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Requirement:

• Product registration is required for all warranty claims.

Third-Party Products:

• All non-OCD brands follow original manufacturer warranties.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Installation Responsibility

• Installation must be performed by a qualified professional or experienced installer

• Products must be installed, used, and maintained in accordance with OCD instructions

• Failure to follow OCD instructions may void this warranty

• Incorrect installation voids this warranty

3. Use Disclaimer

• Products are designed for off-road use

• Extreme use conditions may cause damage not considered a defect

• User assumes responsibility for proper application and use

4. Warranty Claim Process

• Assess damaged components

• Replace components as needed

To submit a claim:

• Provide proof of purchase

• Provide product registration confirmation

• Provide description and photos

Customer is responsible for shipping and labor

5. Limitation of Liability

• OCD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to the original purchase price

6. No Other Warranties

• No other express or implied warranties apply
